From a young age, my heart yearned for adventure and exploring the world beyond my rural hometown in Georgia. As an Asian adoptee in a Caucasian family, I grew up with a deep curiosity to discover my roots and immerse myself in diverse cultures. My upbringing and cultural disconnect sparked a strong desire to travel and forge my own path in life.
My fascination with the magnets my father brought back from his cross-country bus deliveries further fertalized the seed of wanderlust within me. Although my parents didn't actively nurture my curiosity for the world beyond our rural Georgian hometown, the allure of those far-off places, fueled my desire to explore the unknown.
My first international trip, with friends, to Greece was a dream come true; igniting a passion for travel that would ultimately lead me on a journey of self-discovery. This quest took me to Korea, the first of many stops in an ongoing exploration into the rich tapestry of Asian cultures, inspired by my Chinese heritage.
Today, fueled by an insatiable wanderlust and a deep-rooted passion for cultural exploration, I continue to traverse the globe, discovering new places and immersing myself in diverse cultures.
